The 4 Nations Tournament is almost wrapped, and NHL players around the league have had the privilege of watching their teammates go toe-to-toe on hockey's biggest stage. That said, Edmonton Oilers superstar Leon Draisaitl has been watching his captain Connor McDavid from the sidelines, and he's given his blunt take on Team Canada's performance so far.
According to Oilers Daily, During that post practice scrum, Draisaitl explained that Connor McDavid plays hockey at a different level compared to anyone else in the world and sometimes line mates may find it difficult to play the way McDavid does.
"He plays the game at a speed that nobody else does," Draisaitl said. "Obviously he's the best player in the world, there's no doubt about it. But sometimes the good players can be hard to play with too, and you need guys that understand the way that he wants to play the game.

"And sometimes it fits, sometimes it doesn't fit, sometimes it takes a little bit of time. And it seems like last game, you know, they found a little bit something there with that line," he added.
As per Liam McCormick, this struggle was apparent especially in game one when Toronto Maple Leafs winger Mitch Marner was seen on the bench arguing and pleading his case to McDavid as the line was trying to find some common ground.
With Team Canada set to play Team USA this Thursday for the 4 Nations Face-Off Tournament Final, it should be interesting to see if the Canadian's can find the perfect amount of chemistry to defeat the juggernaut Team USA.
