Jon Cooper doesn't hold back his feelings over fighting in hockey

Team Canada is coming off a nail biting win over team Finland today, and the boys have punched their tickets to the 4 Nations Face-Off Tournament final. While fans are pumped about the win, Canada's last matchup against team USA is still dominating headlines as 3 fights erupted in the span of 10 minutes.
The 1st period of the Team Canada Team USA matchup is being labelled one of the best one's of all time.
According to the Hockey News, Tampa Bay Lightning star Brandon Hagel and Florida Panthers forward Matthew Tkachuk started the trio of scraps off. Panthers forward Sam Bennett then fought Ottawa Senators winger Brady Tkachuk before St. Louis Blues defenseman Colton Parayko and New York Rangers center J.T. Miller also dropped the gloves.

Following the crushing defeat, Team Canada head coach Jon Cooper made himself available for his usual postgame interviews, making his feeling clear towards fighting on the international stage -- and his answer did not disappoint.
"Two passionate teams," Cooper said. "It's been a long time waiting. Ten years these guys have waited for this, and you can tell this is not an All-Star Game. This is a battle of the best of the best, and it's so fun to be a part of it."
