Spittin' Chiclets host Paul Bissonnette gets jumped by a group of 6 men
Breaking news in the NHL as beloved Spittin' Chiclets co-hot Paul Bissonnette was allegedly assaulted by a group of 6 men.
According to Police reports, NHL panelist and Spittin' Chiclets podcast co-host was assaulted by a group of 6 men outside a Scottsdale restaurant in Arizona.
According to reports, Bissonnette tried to de-escalate the situation verbally, but unfortunately, things got out of hand and the situation erupted into a physical altercation.
»There was an altercation inside the restaurant with six adult men and the management. Reportedly, Paul Bissonnette tried to help management calm the men and get them to leave. The situation escalated to the men assaulting Paul Bissonnette both inside and outside of the restaurant.»

According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, All six men involved have been arrested by Scottsdale Police, and are accused of assault and disorderly conduct.
Paul Bissonnette himself sustained some injuries in the assault, but Police only confirmed that they are not life-threatening, and Bissonnette was taken to hospital for evaluation. The good sign for Bissonnette is that he doesn't seem to be slowing down on social media, but instead is promoting his Spittin' Chiclets Podcast interview with Jeff Marek and Bruce Boudreau releasing tomorrow

This a definitely a scary situation for Paul Bissonnette -- luckily, he was able to escape the situation without any serious injuries.
