According to the Daily Hive, Connor McDavid might be the most talented star in the NHL, but the Edmonton Oilers captain does apparently have a kryptonite.
And no, it's not a specific team or a player, but in fact one of the most commonly used condiments in the world - ketchup.

Dressed as a ketchup bottle, this Canucks fan made his presence felt by tapping on the glass trying to get McDavid's attention.
Although he probably went unnoticed, I give full marks to this Canucks fan for thinking outside the box - quite frankly, this is hilarious.
McDavid explained that the quirky fear is more of a phobia with ketchup that he shares with his brother Cameron.
This phobia goes well back into his youth and never has really thought about it until it was revealed a few months ago after the airing of new Amazon Prime series FaceOff: Inside The NHL.
