Yesterday, Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid posted a video of himself and his wife, Lauren, doing stair sprints in the snow.

According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, hilariously, this isn't the first time McDavid and Kyle have posted their outdoor workouts just for fun. Kyle even joked a bit that this is really how Connor likes to spend his downtime.

Edmonton's river valley has over 180 kilometres of paved paths. Anyone who lives in the vicinity of the City of Champions knows just how special this trail system is.
Although it might not be the luxurious beaches of California, or Florida's +30 degree weather, but living in Edmonton definitely has it's perks, and Connor McDavid is clearly embracing it.
To make matters even sweeter, his beloved dog Lenny got out for some exercise, and Lauren appears to be in great shape as well.
The Edmonton Oilers are coming off a much needed 5 day rest and are taking taking on Utah HC tomorrow night.
Currently sitting at 9-11-2, It will be interesting to see how the team show's up after such an extended period of time off.
