The Edmonton Oilers are coming off a thrilling overtime win over the St. Louis Blues, but Corey Perry is making noise on social media for chirping goaltender Jordan Binnington following Leon Draisaitl's electrifying game tying goal.
One thing i've learned over the past few years -- never bet against the Edmonton Oilers.
The Edmonton Oilers controlled the tempo of the game for the better part of 60 minutes, but the St. Louis Blues put together a furious comeback in the 3rd period, going up 2-1.
While fans were frustrated by Colton Parayko's goal that put the Blues ahead 2-1, Leon Draisaitl had the last laugh, firing home the game-tying goal with roughly 2 minutes left in regulation.

First off, I just want to say how much I love Corey Perry.
He's a relentless competitor, a proven scorer, and an invaluable veteran presense on the team.
Following Draisaitl's goal, Corey Perry locked eyes with Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington, muttering a few words in an apparent attempt to get inside his head.
While his tactics sparked a few laugh's in Oil Country, his strategy clearly worked.
During extra time, Connor McDavid made a dazzling play, blistering through the middle of the ice, undressing Dylan Holloway, and setting up Connor Brown for the beautiful game-winning goal.
According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, The Oilers veteran walked the like perfectly of antagonizing the opposition, getting under their skin and throwing them off their game, but not going too far into territory to cost his own team. It was a true masterclass of pest work from Perry.
Corey Perry was once an elite scoring power forward himself, and although he's not in his prime anymore, he's still a skill player that can get under the skin of his opposition. The Oilers are lucky to have such a savvy vet in their bottom six.
