The Edmonton Oilers are gearing up for a thrilling showdown against the Colorado Avalanche tonight, and Kris Knoblauch has just dropped the projected starting lineup.

Edmonton Oilers starting lineup

Arvidsson - McDavid - Hyman
Skinner - Draisaitl - Podkolzin
Janmark - RNH - Brown
Perry - Henrique - Kapanen
Ekholm - Bouchard
Nurse - Klingberg
Kulak - Emberson
Stecher
Skinner
Pickard
According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, This season hasn't gone as planned for Skinner, which has landed him in trade rumours, but it looks like the coach is finally beginning to come around on him - and Skinner worked hard to get to that point.
The first line featuring Victor Arvidsson will remain intact, as well as Nugent-Hopkins centering the third line with Janmark and Brown. The defence pairs hold steady, and Stuart Skinner will get the start in goal tonight.
