The Edmonton Oilers are gearing up for a thrilling showdown against the St. Louis Blues tonight, and head coach Kris Knoblauch has just released the starting lineup.

In net, goaltender Stuart Kninner gets the nod between the pipes. Sources are also speculating that Kris Knoblauch will be shaking up the defensive pairings as well.
As for the top 6, Kris Knoblauch is running with the same recipe that emerged victorious over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday.
Edmonton Oilers insider Tony Brar reports that that the Oilers defensive pairings have been rotating, indicating that fans could potentially see a shakeup on the blue-line tonight.

Stuart Skinner Starts for Edmonton, Defence Pairs Maybe Shaken up by Oilers Coaches

According to Liam McCormick of Oilers Daily, Evan Bouchard and Mattias Ekholm will likely stay together, being one of the NHL's best pairings. If there could be a significant change, Brett Kulak could be permanently elevated to the second pair, or perhaps depth defender Travis Dermott gets into a game.
Oilers fans will be looking to Darnell Nurse to continue his outstanding play on the blue-line since sustaining a vicious head shot from Toronto Maple enforcer Ryan Reaves.
On a side note, tonight marks Dylan Holloway and Philip Broberg's first game back a Rogers Place since being offer sheeted by the St. Louis Blues.
It should be interesting to see what kind of welcome they will be receiving from the fanbase.
Who knows, they might even get a welcome back video on the jumbotron!?
