Well folks, Edmonton Oilers hockey is officially back tomorrow night, and the Edmonton Oilers will look to keep the ball rolling against a familiar foe.

The Edmonton Oilers and the Los Angeles Kings are both titans in the Pacific Division, with both teams posting an 8-2 record in their last 10 games.
Tomorrow night marks the first time the Los Angeles Kings and the Edmonton Oilers face each other since the 2024 post-season, but the Kings will be looking to make a statement.

Bob Stauffer announces starting lineup against LA Kings

As it stands, nothing noteworthy really stands up regarding the Oilers lineup.
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins missed last game against the Ottawa season due to the flu, but he's back in his usual spot alongside Connor McDavid and Zach Hyman.
Stuart Skinner is expected to start for the Oilers and is 5-1-0 with a .952 SV% and a 1.49 GAA in his last six starts versus the Kings, posting a shutout on Mar. 30. 2023.

While Saturday's matinée will also mark Viktor Arvidsson's first game back in LA, it's also Warren Foegele's first game against Edmonton since joining the Kings.
Foegele posted 45 goals and 50 assists over 231 games in Edmonton and has 18 points (nine goals) in 34 games this season in his first season with LA.
Darcy Kuemper is expected to make his first start vs. Edmonton since being traded to the Kings from Washington on Jun. 19. Kuemper has a record of 10-3-4 in 17 games with a 2.48 GAA and a .918 SV% over his career against the Oilers.

It should be interesting to see how the Oilers come together as a group after such an extended break.
Hopefully all the red wine and turkey doesn't come back to haunt them tomorrow night.
